Make something of the time between flights.
A good layover does not need a full itinerary. PCC curates the places, activities, food, fitness, and local experiences worth knowing when you have a few hours in a city you did not choose.

Pick the kind of layover you want.

Not every recommendation is a privilege. Sometimes the best thing in a city is a park, a walking loop, or a coffee shop near the hotel. The value is knowing which.
Some cities earn an extra — Sports when there is a game worth going to, or whatever that destination is genuinely good at. No guide is forced to fill a category it cannot fill well.
Dallas / Fort Worth
A curated PCC guide to eating well, getting outside, finding something worth doing, and making better use of a layover in Dallas–Fort Worth.
A wood-fired dining room in Uptown
Fifteen minutes from most crew hotels and open late. Book ahead on game nights.
A paved 3.5-mile trail through the city
Flat, shaded, and walkable from the hotel — the easiest run in Dallas.
Kayaks on the lake
Rentals by the hour on the east side of the city, with a loop that takes most of an afternoon.
The arts district at dusk
Public plazas, a sculpture garden, and a skyline walk that costs nothing.
